		March 2008 Experiencing the Resurrection Philippians 3:10 *That I may know* him, and the power of his resurrection… KJV** The resurrection of Jesus is more than just a doctrine we teach but it is an invitation to experience the living Christ in every area of your life. It’s also much more than an event that happened over 2000 years ago, but an up-to-date reality that continues to impact the lives of all who put their faith in Him. The word know in Philippians 3:10 is more than just head knowledge. It’s experiential, and touches every part of your life. This Easter, open your heart and allow the Holy Spirit to reveal to you, that you can experience the same power that raised Christ from the dead in your everyday life. My prayer for you is the same as Ephesians 1:19-23, where Paul said, I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church.
